The following information was recently received from Mrs. Samuda, vice-Principal,
on the needs of the school. A project is being undertaken to create a second computer lab to assist
teaching of other subject areas through computer assisted instructions. Sponsorship is being requested
to construct a room and install appropriate software and hardware. The following is needed:
- Twenty (20) Multimedia PC's
- Two scanners
- A digital camera
- Two or Three non-impact printers
- Appropriate educational software with encyclopedia & tutorials
- Four(4) PC's, a printer and a scanner for the administrative office
- Any software that can assist in the teaching/learning process - Windows95 version
The above list is not exhaustive and any help will be appreciated. The South Florida Alumni chapter
is planning to provide some help and I will assist in cordinating some of this help. Please contact me
